Our company management structure is divided into a number of levels, which have the following responsibilities:
1) Directorate: making critical decisions for the company.
2) General Manager: implement the decisions of the Directorate and allocate tasks to the Vice-General Manager.
3) Vice-General Manager: implement the decisions of the Directorate, the General Manager's orders and publicize tasks for all departments and branches.
4) Department Managers: carry out the General Manager's and Vice-General Manager's instructions.
5) Workshop Director: carry out the Branch Managers' and Department Managers' orders.
6) Manager of the Production Division: responsible for managing the six workshops (divided into factories for money counters, money binders and small electrical hoists).
